This web-based application allows employees to schedule their training as well as enables the
infrastructure providers and trainers to adjust their schedules accordingly.
Worldwide training of personnel at various different levels and
in different fields of an organization can pose quite a challenge.
While certain tests can be delivered online, others need hands-
on practical demonstrations.
The custom built BMW online training administration system allows employees worldwide to schedule and take tests and get certified to move from one level to the next. The Scheduler is in itself a very complex application as it automates the physical instruction by coordinating instructors, locations, movement of assets required in classrooms to maximize efficiency.

Once the application creates the schedules, it also includes the
ability for manual over-rides to meet specific criteria. Students
can register online and the system constantly monitors the
utilization of instructors and locations well.
