We have maintained our habit of excellence, by constantly fine tuning our processes. Our multidisciplinary team follows rigorous processes to ensure that we constantly deliver tangible and measurable value to our clients. Here are some of the methods we follow.

Analysis

Our first step is to completely understand our customer’s product or service. This includes information mapping, competitive benchmarking, task analysis, user surveys, focus groups user interviews and shadowing. Having understood the different user types and the product, we create user personas representing typical users and build scenarios that they may face in using the product or service.

Create

We then begin brainstorming with our multidisciplinary team and present several concepts to the client. We use rapid prototyping to test ideas that make the grade with users to gauge reactions and effectiveness. Once the design has been fine-tuned, we begin the final build which again goes though repeated testing before it is approved for launch.

Assess

Once we launch a new product or service, we believe in conducting very detailed quantitative as well as qualitative studies to evaluate its success in meeting business goals.
Over time, circumstances or business factors may change and the system may not be as effective. If we assess it periodically we would know when the system needs minor tweaking and when it needs a complete overhaul to make it function optimally.
